Polycorr was established in 2012 as a £8m corrugated polypropylene sheet manufacturing plant in Sheffield UK.
Operating across multiple manufacturing lines 24/7, Polycorr has flexographic and digital print capabilities along with CNC cutting facilities to produce complex profiles. This combination of facilities ensures we are able to complete the whole protection production process in house.
Polycorr works to the highest standards of quality, compliance and sustainability, in line with the Flame Retardancy Certification LPS1207 and TS63 and ISO9001 requirements. In 2024 our Proplex ClosedLoop Remanufacturing Scheme was third-party certified by GreenCircle, providing independent verification that it is a true closed loop post-consumer waste process for used Proplex boards.
